Transport and Parking

Getting to St Vincent's

From the airport

General transport:

Train and bus websites above. Closest bus route: 311. Closest bus stop on the timetable: Potts Point, MacLeay Nr Manning: Timetables are at: http://www.sta.nsw.gov.au/timetable/

Parking:

The parking on site is extremely limited (10 spaces) and some of these will need to be kept available for visiting speakers and conference organiser gofers, therefore we cannot guarantee parking for participants. You can request a parking space on the registration form, however they will be allocated on the basis firstly of disability, and any others in order of request. If we can allocate a parking spot we will advise you closer to the date. You may park at the Kings Cross Parking Station (entrance in Ward Avenue) for the whole week for $20 a day (any 24 hour period) and you may leave your car there the whole time in secure parking. It is five minutes walk from St Vincent's. Other options are to drop your luggage and find something a little further away, or leave your car with a Sydney friend and get them to drop you off. Unfortunately there is no street parking in the vicinity so the closest unrestricted parking might require public transport or a short taxi ride.
