Registration Information
This year registration involves...

- (Optional) Become a TCMA member and obtain a discount on full live-in conference fees.
Please read the following information carefully. Please fill out one form per participant being registered for the conference.

Two ways to register
- Fill out the online Registration Form, organise your method of payment, then click on the SUBMIT button. Please note that:
- When you click on the SUBMIT button your information (after some basic error checking) is immediately emailed to the registrar. You will be taken to a web page where you can review and print your submitted information.
- Your payment should be organised before submitting your registration form so that you can include your payment details (ie. internet banking reference, cheque number or the participant organising payment for you).
- Cheque payments should be posted with a print out of your registration information.
- Download the Word version of the Registration Form, then type in your details or fill it in by hand. Pay using your preferred payment method and post your form with your cheque, internet banking receipt or details of the person handling payment for you.
Two methods of payment
Payment can be organised using:
- Internet Banking (please keep a copy of your receipt number and reference used)
- Cheque

Payments for more than one participant (eg. from the same institution) can be combined into one payment - please clearly outline which participant has handled your payment.
How to fill out the registration form
Section A - Participant Details
Please fill out all the relevant details in this section and consider whether to consent to sharing your information with other conference participants. As a minimum, please provide your full name, institution, postal address and email address.
Section B - Special Requirements
Please indicate whether you need any special consideration for on site parking, disability access, dietary considerations or sharing with a non-participating companion. Add any relevant details to help us accommodate your requests.
Section C - Registration Options
Please tick the appropriate options on the form.
- Full Live-in Registration
Live-in registration includes accommodation, all meals and all major conference events. Accommodation is for the nights of Monday September 24 to Thursday September 28 inclusive.
EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION (paid by Friday August 10): $425.00
LATE REGISTRATION (paid after Friday August 10): $475.00 - Day Rate
Includes meals (except breakfast) and all activities within that day or session. Select the sessions that you will be attending.
Full Day: $60.00
Half Day: $30.00 - Accompanying non-participant
Includes accommodation and access to any events the non-participant wishes to attend.
Early bird Cost (paid by Friday August 10): $375.00
Late payment Cost (paid after Friday August 10): $400.00 - TCMA Membership
(Optional) Select your preferred membership type.
2007 - 2008 Full TCMA Membership: $30
2007 – 2008 TCMA Associate Membership: $20
If you are renewing your membership, simply forward the appropriate fee together with your registration. If you are not already a member of the TCMA, prior to paying a membership fee you will need to complete a membership application form and return it to the Secretary for processing.

The TCMA is once again offering a discount on full live-in conference registration costs if TCMA Membership or Associate Membership is paid prior to or together with registration. This will be automatically included on the online form when you select your membership type.
Full membership discount: $50.00
Associate membership discount: $30.00
(i.e. Early bird registration cost with accompanying TCMA full membership discount is $375 plus membership fee of $30.)

The online form will calculate total cost due according to the options you have selected.
Section D - Payment Details
Please indicate on the form whether you are paying by internet banking, cheque or your payment has been included with payment for another conference participant.

Reference: ‘your name’ i.e. the name of each individual to whom the payment relatesOnce EFT payment has been made include the reference for the EFT transaction, before you submit your online registration form or post your printed registration form. Please keep a printed copy of your Internet Banking banking receipt as proof of payment.

138 Cardigan Street, Carlton, Vic, 5053.You may still use and SUBMIT the online registration form to assist our organisers with data entry. Please include a print out of your registration information when you post your cheque payment.
Please Note:
- No GST is charged as the TCMA is a not-for-profit organisation and the annual turnover is less than $50,000.
- Please keep a printed copy of your registration form. There will be a tax invoice confirming payment of each participant available on registration at the conference.
Amending your registration information
If you need to alter your information after you have registered, please email the registrar using subject line: "Amend TCMA Conference Registration for [YOUR NAME]", inserting your own name.
