Our theme for 2014 is “Taking a break:  Refreshing ideas for your chaplaincy”

Please register through the following link – it is a dedicated registration site where you can pay via credit card.   www.ticketebo.com.au/tcma2014

Registration fees:

–         Early bird registration:  $630 (including food, accommodation, registration and membership fees).  Early bird registrations will be open until 31st July 2014.

–         Standard registration:  $680 (including food, accommodation, registration and membership fees). From 1st August 2014

–         Accompanying partner fee:  $600
Our registrations are subsidized by sponsorship and are only covering food, accommodation and membership fees. The Conference Committee is working on sponsorship to cover all other costs.

At this moment the program is being designed to allow ample space for us to discuss topics that are being highlighted in our places of ministry and on our elist conversations.  We are planning an excursion for conference dinner on the Thursday night – details are still being worked out.  Our initial thoughts are also to have just one keynote speaker – Rev Dr Professor Denham Grierson – who will share with us on at least 2 occasions.

Due to the upcoming 2016 Global Conference that we are hosing, we are also seeking interest in an option tour to Bendigo – our site of the Conference – at an extra cost.

Here is a DRAFT of the conference timetable.  There are still more things to sort out, but it should begin to answer some questions.

More details to come re transport options to the venue.  Holy Cross Centre is approximately 40 mins from Melbourne Airport via car.  If you would like to be picked up from the airport please email Jay (jay.robinson@monash.edu) with your arrival time.

More details, such as transport to the venue, details on the conference excursion, will come as soon as we have them. There will also be emails around our topics of interest and ideas to be included in these times.

Business sessions (our AGM) will include elections for the President and membership of the Executive as well as a final approval (hopefully) of our constitution. Details and copies of these will be distributed around the end of June/beginning of July.
